Summer Series Terms & Conditions
Please read these T&Cs carefully as they set out the terms that apply to Your participation in Pre-Registration.

These T&Cs use the defined terms below and govern Your registration for access to the PL US Summer Series Priority Booking.
1. Definitions.
The capitalised terms used in these T&Cs shall have the meanings given in the table below -

| PL US Summer Series | The PL’s 2025 pre-season tournament to be staged in the United States of America during July 2025 and August 2025. |
| PL/We/Us/Our | The Football Association Premier League Limited a company registered in England and Wales under company number 02719699 with registered office at The Premier League, Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ. |
| Pre-Registration | When individuals may enter Pre-Registration Information during the Pre-Registration Window to participate in Priority Booking. |
| Pre-Registration Information | The information (including any personal data) that You enter on the Pre-Registration Page. |
| Pre-Registration Page | This webpage that You are accessing www.premierleague.com/SummerSeries. |
| Pre-Registration Window | 18:20 GMT / 13:20 ET Saturday 08 March 2025 - 03:59 GMT Wednesday 12 March / 23:59 ET Tuesday 11 March |
| Priority Booking | When a limited number of Tickets will be available during the Priority Booking Window (ahead of the general release of Tickets to the public) for purchase from certain Third-Party Ticket Partners by individuals who have successfully entered Pre-Registration Information during the Pre-Registration Window. |

The timings and dates in the table above are subject to change at the Premier League's discretion.
2. Registration
2.1. By registering Your Pre-Registration Information, You: (i) are deemed to have accepted these T&Cs; and (ii) confirm that You are aged 13 or older.
2.2. You hereby warrant that all information submitted by You to Us is accurate and that You are not using multiple email addresses or other information to enter multiple iterations of Pre-Registration Information. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of users and to remove Pre-Registration Information if We reasonably believe it has been entered contrary to or to circumvent any provision of these T&Cs.
2.3. After You have successfully registered Your Pre-Registration Information and following commencement of the Priority Booking Window You will receive an email from Us containing a code to use on a Third-Party Ticket Partner’s website (e.g. “use this [code] to purchase tickets”) and a link to such website (e.g. “click here to access tickets”).
2.4. We will use any Pre-Registration Information in accordance with Our Privacy Policy, available at: premierleague.com/privacy-policy. If, during Pre-Registration, You opted-in to receiving marketing communications directly from Us, You can withdraw Your consent and opt-out of such communications at any time by following the instructions in our privacy policy. We may still need to send service emails to you from time to time.
2.5. If, during Pre-Registration, You opted-in to receiving communications directly from a particular Club, you will be consenting to Us passing the Pre-Registration Information to them to use in accordance with their privacy policy, to which We provide links on Our website or in other ways, so You should contact them directly if You no longer wish to receive their communications. 3. Tickets
3.1. You acknowledge that the Third-Party Ticket Partners may limit the number of Tickets available for You to purchase during Priority Booking.
3.2. You acknowledge that:
3.2.1. Tickets to the PL US Summer Series are subject to availability and may only be available while stocks last;
3.2.2. Your participation in Pre-Registration does not in any way guarantee that You will be able to purchase a Ticket via Priority Booking nor do we guarantee uninterrupted access to any element of Priority Booking.
We will not be responsible if Your attempt to purchase a Ticket is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost or not received for any reason.
3.3. You acknowledge that any purchase of Tickets by You and any subsequent attendance by You and/or Your guests at the PL US Summer Series will be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant Third Party Ticket Provider and/or any venue at which the PL US Summer Series will take place.
4. Your use
4.1. You agree and accept that Priority Booking is for Your personal use and shall not be used for commercial purposes of any kind. Any Pre-Registration is entirely at Your own risk and in no event shall We be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation loss of income, data or other information as a result of Your Pre-Registration or participation in Priority Booking.
4.2. Links to Third-Party Ticket Partners’ websites will be sent to You following Your Pre-Registration and You acknowledge and agree that such websites are not the responsibility of PL and that We accept no responsibility or liability for the availability, suitability, reliability or content of such Third-Party Ticket Partners’ websites or any other third party website in connection with Priority Booking including nor for any content, advertising, products or services available from such Third-Party Ticket Partners’ websites or any other third party website.
4.3. Any dealings between You and any Third-Party Ticket Partners via Priority Booking, including payment for Tickets and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are made between You and the relevant Third-Party Ticket Partner and the PL is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind You may incur as the result of any such dealings.
4.4. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and You and We submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
