Toure is one of only two central midfielders to score 20 goals in a single Premier League campaign. He achieved this with Man City in 2013/14, four years after Frank Lampard did so for Chelsea in 2009/10.

During his time in the Premier League from 2010/11 to 2017/18, Toure attempted 15,745 passes, completing 13,995 - both totals were the most of any player in the competition.
