Barclays Manager of the Month shortlist

Ruben Amorim (Man Utd)
P3 W3 D0 L0 GD+5
For the first time since his appointment in November 2024, Amorim has guided Manchester United to three successive league wins. The Red Devils began the month with a comfortable 2-0 win over high-flying Sunderland before ending it with a 4-2 victory against Brighton & Hove Albion. In between those matches was a sensational 2-1 success at fierce rivals Liverpool, as Man Utd won at Anfield for the first time in nearly 10 years.

Mikel Arteta (Arsenal)
P3 W3 D0 L0 GD+4
Arteta's side continued their relentless pursuit of a first Premier League title since 2004 as they won all three of their matches without conceding a goal, finishing the month four points clear at the top of the table. Arsenal overcame three London rivals in October, beating West Ham United 2-0 and following that up with back-to-back 1-0 victories over Fulham and Crystal Palace. Arsenal are the first English team ever to win six matches across all competitions in a month without conceding a goal.

Unai Emery (Aston Villa)
P3 W3 D0 L0 GD+3
Another head coach to oversee a perfect month was Emery, who has transformed Villa's season after a slow start. After failing to win any of their opening five league matches, Villa enjoyed impressive home wins against Burnley and Manchester City, either side of a 2-1 comeback success at Tottenham Hotspur.

Andoni Iraola (AFC Bournemouth)
P3 W2 D1 L0 GD+4
Iraola's Bournemouth extended their unbeaten league run to eight matches after taking seven points from a possible nine in October. Their first match of the month saw the Cherries recover from 1-0 down to beat Fulham 3-1, before they drew 3-3 in a thriller at Crystal Palace. Bournemouth then rounded off the month with an impressive 2-0 win against Nottingham Forest.
