Arriving at Craven Cottage by Car

The Craven Cottage stadium is located in Stevenage Road, London SW6 6H, next to Bishops Park on the banks of the Thames.

Drivers arriving from the North are advised to follow the A1/M1 as far as the A406 North Circular Road. Thereafter, follow signage for Harlesdon / A404, following the A219 to Hammersmith. Upon reaching Hammersmith Broadway, follow signage for Fulham, turning right after a mile into Harboard Street. A left turn at its end leads to Craven Cottage.

From the South and East, the South Circular (A205) route is recommended, following signage for Putney Bridge (A219), crossing the bridge and following signs for Hammersmith for ½ mile, turning left into Bishops Park Road, then right at its end. Drivers arriving from the West can follow the M4 as far as the A4, branching left after 2 miles onto Hammersmith Broadway, following signage for Fulham, turning right into Harboard Street after a mile, then left at its end.

Subject to availability, the Club can arrange free car parking places for disabled supporters or anyone with reduced mobility. London Underground

Putney Bridge (Zone 2)
Distance from Craven Cottage: 0.7 miles | District Line

The closest station to Craven Cottage, Putney Bridge is approximately a 10–20mins walk from the stadium.

Exit the station, turn left and follow the road (Ranelagh Gardens). Walk through the underpass into Bishops Park. Follow the path through Bishops Park, along the river until you reach the stadium.

Hammersmith (Zone 2)
Distance from Craven Cottage: 1.4 miles | Hammersmith & City Line / Circle Line / Piccadilly Line / District Line

Craven Cottage is also within reach of Hammersmith station, which is approximately a 20–4 mins walk north-west of the stadium.

There are two Underground stations, one serving the Hammersmith & City & Circle Lines and the other serving the Piccadilly Line and the District Line.

Fulham Broadway (Zone 2)
Distance From Craven Cottage: 1.3 miles | District Line

In spite of its name, Fulham Broadway is not the closest Underground station to Craven Cottage.

It is approximately a 20–40mins walk from the stadium. Where possible, supporters seeking to board District Line services should use Putney Bridge station. Even Parson’s Green station (also on the District Line) is marginally closer to the stadium than Fulham Broadway.

Rail

Putney Railway Station (Zone 2 & 3)
Distance from Craven Cottage: 1.2 miles | South West Trains

The closest mainline railway station to Craven Cottage is Putney, located on Putney High Street, south of the River Thames.

The station is 17–35mins walk from the stadium, passing many shops, bars and ATM machines en route.

The station can be easily reached by train from other railway hubs, including Clapham Junction (5 min) and Waterloo (13 min).

Bus

From Kingston-upon-Thames bus station - Take either the number 85 or C4 bus to Putney Bridge. The ground is approximately 10-15mins walk from Putney Bridge.

From Hammersmith, get the following bus which runs down Fulham Palace Road: 220.

From Putney, get either the 74, 424 or the 220 to Fulham Palace Road.

Entering the Stadium

Putney End

Visiting fans tickets are located in the Putney End, with entrances on Stevenage Road on the side closest to Bishops Park. The turnstile numbers for visiting fans are usually 1 to 6, although do always check for signage (or with a steward) when you arrive to be sure that you are using a gate that is configured for your ticket.

The Putney End Neutral Area is also available for visiting fans, and if your ticket is located in this part of the stadium the entrance gates are likely to be Putney turnstiles 7 to 12.

If you require extra help accessing the stadium then please visit Gate 1, which is located immediately to the left of the red brick turnstile block, as you face the entrances. A member of Fulham's Access Stewarding team will be pleased to assist you with entry and if required access to your seat. The Access team are easily identifiable in green jackets.

Craven Cottage has been the home of Fulham Football Club since 1896. The stadium is located in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, bounded by the River Thames to the west and Stevenage and Bishops Parks to the north and south respectively.

Fulham’s ground is comprised of the following four sections: The Johnny Hayes Stand (North), The Putney End (East), The Riverside Stand (South) and The Hammersmith End (West). The Riverside Stand is currently undergoing developments that will see the capacity rise to approximately 30,000.
