1. This Prize Draw will be governed by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). As a participant who voluntarily chooses to participate in the Prize Draw (“Participant”, “Your” and/or “You”), You confirm that You have read and understood these Terms and that You agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms. Any non-compliance with or breach whatsoever of any of the Terms will disqualify You from participation in the Prize Draw and, and any prize will be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed at our sole discretion and without any claim or recourse by You.
2. PRIZE DRAW: The Premier League Fan Survey Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is an online prize draw, run via the Administrator's survey platform and sponsored by Premier League Media Holdings Limited, company number 16820062, of Brunel Building, 57 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1HQ (“PL”) and its related companies and businesses retain the right to change the Prize Draw Period at our own discretion.. Yonder Consulting Limited, company number 4153928, of Northburgh House, 10 Northburgh Street, London EC1V 0AT (“Administrator”), will administer the Prize Draw on behalf of the PL.
3. PRIZE DRAW PERIOD. The Prize Draw begins at 15:30 (SGT), 08:30 (BST) on 24 June 2026 and ends at 21:00 (SGT), 14:00 (BST) on 8 July 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”). The PL reserves the right to end the Prize Draw Period early upon written notice to eligible participants. For the avoidance of doubt, entries must be submitted within the Prize Draw Period. The selection of winners and the fulfilment of the Prize(s) will take place after the end of the Prize Draw Period in accordance with these Terms.
4. ELIGIBILITY. The Prize Draw is only open to legal residents of Singapore who have opted in to receiving PL communications, who submit an Entry (as defined below), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of Entry (“Entrant”). Entries from individuals who are not residents of Singapore are strictly prohibited and will be deemed void, regardless of whether such entries are received by the PL or the Administrator. The PL and Administrator shall not be liable or responsible under the laws or regulations of any jurisdiction outside of Singapore in connection with any such void entries and make no representation that the Prize Draw complies with the laws of any jurisdiction outside of Singapore. Employees of the PL and Administrator and each of their respective subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw and Entrants are subject to all applicable local laws. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
5. HOW TO ENTER. To enter the Prize Draw, during the Prize Draw Period an Entrant must submit their name and email address via the opt-in prompt presented upon completion of the Fan Survey (“Entry”). Entrants should also confirm acceptance of these terms and conditions, by ticking the ‘opt in’ tick box.
6. Entrants are permitted to submit a maximum of one (1) Entry. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one (1) Entry by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, logins, addresses or through any other methods, may void all of that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Incomplete, illegible or corrupt entries will not constitute a valid Entry. Any entries received before the commencement and/or after the expiration of the Prize Draw Period shall be void.
7. The PL and the Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any Entry which is, or a portion of it is, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or violates any proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, sexual in nature, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined in the PL’s sole discretion. Entries must be in keeping with the PL’s image and may not be offensive, as determined by the PL in its sole discretion.
8. All Entries become the sole property of the PL and will not be returned and once submitted, can only be withdrawn in writing to the PL.
9. The PL shall not be responsible for any Entry submitted but not received or recorded for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the above, the PL shall not be responsible for (a) lost, invalid, misdirected, late, incomplete or unintelligible entries, for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by the Entrant(s) or by any technical or human error of any nature whatsoever that may occur in the processing of such entries; and/or (b) any error in the operation or transmission, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, or for technical, network, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, that results in an Entry not being received by the PL. Any automated receipt of confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt of the Entry.
10. DRAWING THE WINNER. One (1) prize winner (“Winner”) will be selected in a random drawing, conducted in accordance with the laws of chance from all eligible Entries, which will take place at the Administrator’s office on 15 July 2026 10:00 BST. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator. The Administrator’s decision is final on all matters relating to the selection and/or judging of the Prize Draw. The odds of winning the Prize (as defined below) will depend on the number of eligible Entries received throughout the Prize Draw Period.
11. THE PRIZE. The Winner will receive one prize from the following possible options: (i) a replica Club shirt (selected by the PL at its sole discretion in discussion with a Winner), or (ii) any other prize at the PL’s sole discretion (the “Prize”).
12. The Prize is subject to availability and eligibility, and the PL reserves the right to later amend, substitute or withdraw any element. If a Winner is not able to demonstrate their compliance with the eligibility requirements set out herein, or is disqualified for any other reason whatsoever at the sole discretion of the PL or the Administrator, the PL and the Administrator, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to withdraw the Prize or any element of it, and the Administrator reserves the right to select a new Winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The Prize (and each component) is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in any circumstance.
13. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The Winner will be notified via email, as stated in their Entry, within seven (7) days of the determination of the results of the Prize Draw in accordance with point 10, and shall be advised of the Prize that the Winner has won. The Winner will be required to respond to the email within seven (7) days of receipt. If the Winner fails to respond within this time, their Winner status may be forfeited, and the PL reserves the right to select a new Winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. Winners are subject to verification by the PL and the PL and/or Administrator may request any reasonable documentation or proof of eligibility.
14. GENERAL RULES. If the Winner is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of PL or otherwise violates the policies of the PL, and in such a case, the PL has the right, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify the Winner. The Winner will remain solely responsible for all taxes and other expenses related to the Prize, if any.
15. Without prejudice to any other consent provided by You, by participating in this Prize Draw, You hereby agree and consent to the collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage and retention of Your personal data by the Premier League, including to our partners and authorised contractors, for the purpose(s) of operating, organising, administering, and completing this Prize Draw, and other purposes related to the Prize Draw and/or as required by applicable law. Additionally, You agree and consent to the below:
a. The processing (including the collection, use, storage, transfer, retention and/or disclosure) of Your personal data that may include without limitation Your name and email address by the Premier League and our appointed vendors such as the advertising and promotion agencies for Premier League’s publicity and/or advertising campaigns related to the Prize Draw.
16. In addition, You understand and agree that if You refuse or do not consent to provide Premier League with Your personal data or requested information for the purpose of the Prize Draw, this will entitle Premier League to disqualify You from participation in the Prize Draw and/or any claim to the Prize. The Administrator shall use the information in the Entry for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw only and no personal data shall be used for direct marketing, nor will any personal data be passed onto any third parties.
17. By submitting an Entry, each Winner grants to the PL a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute any element of their Entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented, including any accompanying photographs of the Winner with the Prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the PL may make use of that Winner’s entry, their proper name and country of residence online and in print, or in any other media, in connection with the Prize Draw, without payment or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
18. The PL shall not be liable or responsible for errors in the administration or fulfilment of the Prize Draw, including without limitation mechanical, technical human, printing, distribution or production errors. The PL shall be ultimately responsible for determining eligibility, in its sole discretion.
19. If any aspect of the Prize, is affected, amended, cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond PL’s control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts and advice of Governments, acts of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, national catastrophes, advice against any travel by any Government or official authority for any reason (including by way of example only and without limitation by reason of any actual or potential terrorist threat) and/or the World Health Organisation or any internationally recognised medical authority for any reason or an event of force majeure, the PL and its agencies will not be responsible and the Prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Any and all state and/or local income and other taxes on the Prize is the Winner’s sole responsibility.
20. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Prize Draw or use or redemption of prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the PL cannot accept any liability to any Entrant for any of the following types of loss which an Entrant may suffer as a result of their Entry:
a. loss which was not foreseeable to an Entrant and the PL when the Entrant first entered any of the Prize Draw (even if that loss results from the PL’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions or its negligence);
b. any business loss an Entrant may suffer, including loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of the PL’s default); or
c. loss which an Entrant suffers other than as a result of the PL’s failure to comply with these terms and conditions (or any typographical or other error contained herein) and the PL’s negligence or breach of statutory duty.
21. The PL and Administrator accept no responsibility or liability in respect of any such entry. By participating, Entrants represent and warrant that they are eligible under these terms and that their participation does not violate any local law or regulation. Entrants who submit entries from ineligible jurisdictions do so at their own risk and without any obligation or liability on the part of the PL or Administrator.
22. Nothing in these terms will limit the PL’s liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence or if the PL deliberately lied to Entrants before an Entry was submitted.
23. You shall fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless and keep indemnified, the PL, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents and any sponsors (collectively, the "Indemnified Persons") from and against any and all losses, claims, actions, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses, (including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees and court fees) (collectively "Losses"), that the Indemnified Person(s) may incur or suffer or likely to incur or suffer as a result of or arising out of any (i) breach of any of these Terms by You; (ii) Your wilful misconduct or negligent acts or omissions; and/or (iii) any claims by any third party for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, injuries suffered by such third party, arising out of or in relation to Your participation in the Prize Draw and/or enjoyment of the Prize. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable laws, under no circumstances will the PL be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages or lost profits, whether direct or indirect, arising in any way whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
24. In the event of any breach by an Entrant of these terms and conditions, the PL reserves the right to:
a. refuse entry into the Prize Draw; or
b. disqualification from the Prize Draw.
25. APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, and all claims, disputes, disagreements and matters relating to this Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
26. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER. The Winner will be announced on the Premier League’s website.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the PL and each Entrant in relation to the Prize Draw and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. Each Entrant acknowledges that in entering the Prize Draw they have not relied on any representation, warranty or undertaking which is not set out in these Terms and Conditions. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the relationship between You and the PL is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create a partnership, agency or an employer-employee relationship between any Entrant and the PL.
