Premier League – Player and Related Persons Privacy Policy

Overview

In this privacy policy, “Premier League”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Football Association Premier League Limited. We are responsible for deciding how personal data covered by this policy is used and for making sure it is handled in line with data protection law.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal data relating to:

- players and academy players, including EFL players;

- people connected with them, such as family members and agents; and

- other individuals involved in professional football and Premier League activities, such as match officials, coaches, scouts, club staff, directors, club owners, and people working for current or prospective broadcast partners and other official licensees.

It also explains your privacy rights and how to contact us if you have any questions or want to exercise those rights.

This policy applies to the Premier League’s use of your personal data. Other organisations involved in football, such as the FA, EFL, PFA, UEFA, FIFA, PGMOL, clubs and football data organisations, may also collect and use your personal data for their own purposes as separate controllers, so you should read their privacy policies as well.

Please also read any other privacy notices we may give you, including our separate Safeguarding Privacy Policy where relevant, as these may apply to particular activities or situations.

We’ve written this policy in a layered, more user-friendly way so you can go straight to the sections most relevant to you.
