Tottenham Hotspur's Jermaine Jenas wants to quickly forget the 3-0 derby defeat to Arsenal on Saturday.
Spurs had acquitted themselves well at the Emirates Stadium until a disastrous minute before half-time effectively ended the match as a contest. First Robin van Persie converted a Bacary Sagna cross and then Wilson Palacios gave the ball away when the match kicked-off again, with Cesc Fabregas capitalising to make it 2-0.
Van Persie put the result beyond doubt in the second-half, with Spurs left in fifth place at the end of the weekend.
Jenas, though, is confident the result was a mere blip in what has been a solid start to Harry Redknapp's first full season in charge.
completely changed
"We are disappointed that we didn't give a good account of ourselves on the day," he said.
"It is upsetting losing the derby games.
"We have just got to look forward now and try and push on for the rest of the season.
"I think we can look at it as a one-off, bad performance.
"We conceded some sloppy goals, which, as I think the gaffer said, completely changed the game.
"At the time, on the pitch, we were looking around thinking that this hasn't happened.
"Everyone was really frustrated."
He added: "In terms of morale, we have got to brush it to the side and move on.
"We have had a good season so far so have got to continue to be positive."
Tottenham host Sunderland next in the Barclays Premier League. Last season they lost that match 2-1 and will be taking nothing for granted after the Black Cats' resurgence under Steve Bruce.
