Ali Al Habsi has pledged his future to Bolton Wanderers by signing a new deal through to the summer of 2013.
The Oman international goalkeeper, whose existing deal was due to expire in the summer, has inked a four-year contract extension.
Trotters manager Gary Megson had earlier expressed a desire to keep Al Habsi, with Ian Walker having left the club this month.

The news ends months of speculation over Al Habsi's future, with Tottenham Hotspur among the clubs to have been linked with him.
Al Habsi will continue to provide cover for Jussi Jaaskelainen.
Bolton have lost their last two matches, 3-0 at Liverpool and 1-0 at home to Wigan Athletic.
