Zurab Khizanishvili was put through his paces by a team of fitness fanatics from a Flintshire school.
The Georgian captain, who has impressed on his return to the team just days after, took part in a Fitness Profile event with pupils from St. David's Secondary School at Ewood Park.
In conjunction with the Welsh Assembly, the school has been working with staff from the club's Community Trust to develop a Healthy Passport programme.
A class of students visited Ewood in June to carry out baseline fitness tests on the side of the pitch. They then returned to the stadium earlier this month for a follow-up session, in order to assess their progress, and will do so again in the New Year.

For the most recent visit, they were joined by the Rovers defender - as part of the Premier League's Creating Chances campaign - so that they could analyse their results against that of a professional footballer.
Rovers' Head of Education, John Shepperd, said: "Motivation is key to improving personal health and fitness.
"I am confident that our involvement in the Healthy Passport programme has provided these young people with a stimulating and unique environment for them to carry out their fitness testing.
"The students of St. David's have been a pleasure to work with and for them to meet Rovers star Zurab was the perfect end to a great day."
