BIG TICKET - Latics take the initiative to promote fixtures to local children

Wigan Athletic are again making up to 2,000 tickets per Barclays Premier League match available to local children free of charge following a successful campaign last season which saw thousands of children get access to live top flight football, many of them for the very first time.

With the new initiative, the club is looking to increase junior support, encourage attendance at the ever-popular Junior Stripes Matchday Club and retain and nurture fans of the future. Tickets will be made available throughout the season at selected fixtures in the South Stand of the DW Stadium.

The Big Ticket initiative is a two-pronged scheme which will both give Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to receive FREE junior tickets for up to six selected matches along with schools, groups and organisations who will be invited to apply for tickets once in every four fixtures.

Ticket Priority Scheme

Wolves Ticket Priority Scheme is yet another hassle-free way of obtaining match tickets for some of the biggest games of Wolves' Barclays Premier League campaign.

By paying a joining fee and registering on the scheme supporters will automatically receive their match tickets through the post around 21 days prior to match fixtures after the ticket cost has been debited from their nominated account. The Ticket Priority Scheme is valid for the last nine home matches of the season commencing from Saturday 16th January (Wigan Athletic)
