Tottenham Hotspur defender Vedran Corluka has put his faith in Juande Ramos.
Corluka joined Spurs from Manchester City before the close of the transfer window, but has been unable to help improve the team's form.
Spurs are yet to win in the Barclays Premier League this season with the under-pressure Ramos desperate to improve the club's fortunes.
However, Corluka does not believe Ramos will be replaced at White Hart Lane and feels that, along with his fellow Croatian Luka Modric, Spurs will find their form.
prove ourselves
"Luka and I will prove ourselves under any circumstances," said Corluka. "We all need to get over our start - we haven't lost self confidence.
"People always talk about replacing coaches after a few losses, but I don't think so."
Corluka is currently on World Cup qualifying duty with Croatia and he concedes it is a welcome opportunity to enjoy some respite from Spurs' difficulties.
"We all know the situation is not good," he said. "It's much better and more relaxing when we get together in the national team because the atmosphere with Croatia is really great."
