Fenerbahce have signed Newcastle United midfielder Emre on a four-year deal.
The 27-year-old, who began his career with Fenerbahce's arch-rivals Galatasaray, has returned to his homeland after three years on Tyneside.
"For many years I have tried to represent Turkish football in Europe," said Emre.

"I am very happy to have come to Fenerbahce and I hope I will serve this club for years."
Emre's career with Newcastle was badly disrupted by injury. He joined the Magpies from Inter Milan in 2005.
Emre will wear the number 5 shirt at Fenerbahce.
