Scolari took his first training session as Chelsea manager on Monday after ending his time with the Portugal national side.

Cech believes Scolari, who led Brazil to World Cup glory in 2002, will bring the good times back to Stamford Bridge after a season without any silverware

It was the first time in four years the Blues have ended up without any trophies and Cech reckons Scolari will put an end to that.

"Mr Scolari is a World Cup winner and everywhere he goes he has success every time, so I hope he can bring this to Chelsea," Cech said.

"There is the quality in the squad and, seeing the quality of the manager and the team he is bringing in, I am really sure that we will challenge for all the titles again."
