Xavi broke the deadlock in the 50th minute after converting Andres Iniesta's cross.
Spain substitute Daniel Guiza slotted in for 2-0 after a brilliant pass from Fabregas on 73 minutes.

Fabregas then set up David Silva for the third goal in the 82nd minute to seal a superb triumph. Spain will now take on Germany in Sunday's Euro 2008 final.
