Fulham haved signed Iranian midfielder Andranik Teymourian on a free transfer from Bolton Wanderers.
Manager Roy Hodgson - who masterminded a remarkable escape from relegation following his appointment in December - promised a string of new faces before the start of a season in which he intends to establish Fulham as a mid-table side after two years fighting the drop.
pecking order
Fulham reportedly beat off competition from clubs in England, Spain and Germany to secure the defensive midfielder on a two-year contract.
Andranik joined Bolton in 2006 and in his first season made 21 appearances, scoring four goals - a double against Doncaster Rovers in the FA Cup and at Wigan Athletic in the Barclays Premier League.
The 25-year-old, who has nine international caps, played nine times last term including five appearances in Wanderers' UEFA Cup run but fell down the pecking order with the arrival of new manager Gary Megson.
