Enckelman, 31, was in goal for Cardiff City at Wembley on Saturday and parried a cross straight to Kanu, who netted from close range in Portsmouth's 1-0 victory.

And Rovers have confirmed Enckelman, on loan at Ninian Park since January, is one of three players who will leave Ewood Park this summer.

He made only three appearances in four years as Brad Friedel's understudy.

However, Enckelman has been offered a permanent deal by Cardiff manager Dave Jones.
