Bolton Wanderers manager Gary Megson believes Kevin Nolan has all the right qualities to make it into management.
The Trotters manager said Nolan had displayed the right mental toughness and motivational skills to bring out the best of his team-mates.
And Megson told the club's official website: "I'm sure in time he'll fancy going into coaching and management and he'll learn some other things then, but in terms of where he is at the moment as a player, the captain and a long standing player at Bolton, I couldn't ask any more.

"He can get better and he can have a better season next season, but that applies to everybody else as well."
Nolan has scored five Barclays Premier League goals this season.
Bolton travel to Chelsea on Sunday in their final Barclays Premier League match of the season. Last weekend they defeated Sunderland 2-0 at the Reebok Stadium.
