Stephane Mbia scored twice as Cameroon beat Tunisia 3-2 in extra-time.

Cameroon raced into a two-goal lead through Mbia and Newcastle United midfielder Geremi before Chaouki Ben Saada fired Tunisia back into the match.

Yacini Chikhaoui sent the match into extra-time before Mbia scored again to secure a semi-final place.

Cameroon will play hosts Ghana in the first of the tournament's semi-finals
on Thursday.

Earlier, Egypt sealed their place in the last four with a 2-1 win over Angola.

Manchester United new-boy Manucho equalised for Angola after Honsy Rabou put Egypt ahead with a penalty. Amr Zaki scored shortly before half-time to seal the win for the north African side, who will face Ivory Coast on Thursday.
