Tottenham Hotspur were heavily involved in some excellent community projects that involved those with disabilities:

  • Michael Dawson took part in a basketball wheelchair session and game at the Force Wheelchair Basketball Club.

  • Jermaine Jenas became an employee for the day at the Haringey Citizen's Advice Bureau and met with local people in the Tottenham area on citizenship issues.

  • Aaron Lennon took part in a disability sports session with pupils from Vale School. He participated in athletics and powerchair football with the children, many of whom have cerebral palsy.

  • Pascal Chimbonda took part in a football training session for children with Asperger Syndrome to highlight the benefits of playing team sports.
