Rayan Ait-Nouri (Wolves)

The attack-minded Algerian shone on the left side of Wolverhampton Wanderers' defence, while he demonstrated his versatility by playing in an advanced role as injuries hit Gary O'Neil's side.

Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool)

Yet again Alexander-Arnold wowed fans with his keen eye for a pass and his ability to create gilt-edged goalscoring opportunities. He ended the season with four assists, while he also scored three goals, including a dramatic late winner in a 4-3 win over Fulham last December.

Diogo Dalot (Man Utd)
P36 W17 D6 L13 G2 A3 CS7

In a season where Erik ten Hag constantly had to reshuffle his injury-ravaged Manchester United defence, Dalot was one constant, performing consistently in both full-back positions. He produced five goal contributions and played a part in seven clean sheets.

Alfie Doughty (Luton)
P37 W6 D8 L23 G2 A8 CS2

Doughty played a key role in Luton Town's significant threat from set-pieces, as he racked up an impressive eight assists in his debut Premier League campaign.

Pedro Porro (Spurs)
P35 W19 D5 L11 G3 A7 CS5

Tottenham Hotspur's Spaniard produced an eye-catching 10 goal contributions this season, providing a key attacking outlet from right-back. His deliveries from set-pieces were also important throughout the season.

Antonee Robinson (Fulham)
P37 W12 D8 L17 G0 A6 CS7

The US international's marauding performances from left-back made him one of Fulham's standout players, while his pace ensured he was able to defend well in 1v1 duels. He displayed his quality in the final third with six assists.

Kieran Trippier (Newcastle)
P28 W12 D5 L11 G1 A10 CS4

Though he missed 10 matches this season, Trippier still registered 10 assists in 2023/24, the most of any Premier League defender as he finished joint-third in the race for the Castrol Playmaker award.

Destiny Udogie (Spurs)
P28 W16 D6 L6 G2 A3 CS2

In the 21-year-old's first Premier League season, his ability as an inverted full-back enabled Ange Postecoglou's side to get off to a flying start to the season. Udogie also shone in his defensive duties, with his absence sorely felt over the final month of the campaign after his season was ended due to a thigh injury.

Kyle Walker (Man City)
P32 W23 D6 L3 G0 A4 CS6

The club captain led his team to a historic fourth successive title, their sixth in seven seasons, with his blistering recovery pace a vital cog in Pep Guardiola's winning machine.

Ben White (Arsenal)
P37 W27 D5 L5 G4 A4 CS13

Right-back White has been instrumental not only in Arsenal keeping the most clean sheets this season, but also their goal threat, working in tandem with Martin Odegaard and Bukayo Saka to give opponents nightmares down the Gunners' right flank.
