Sam Allardyce has hailed the impact made by his new signings in Crystal Palace’s recent resurgence.

The reinforcements of defenders Patrick van Aanholt, Jeffrey Schlupp, Mamadou Sakho and defensive midfielder Luka Milivojevic have helped to lift the Eagles six points clear of the relegaion zone heading into Saturday's match against Leicester City.

“New players have come in without fear and lifted the others with their performances,” Allardyce, whose side can make it six wins from seven Premier League matches with vistory at Selhurst Park this weekend, told cpfc.co.uk. "We're defensively more stable."
