Southampton scored three late goals to kick off their Premier League 2 Division 1 campaign with an extraordinary 4-3 comeback victory at Manchester City.

With Saints playing in Division 1 for the first time since Man City came from 2-0 down to win 4-2 and relegate them in May 2017, the roles were reversed.

Sixteen-year-old Jayden Braaf and 17-year-old Morgan Rogers, a summer signing from West Bromwich Albion, put City 2-0 up at half-time.

While Kornelius Hansen pulled a goal back for Saints on 55 minutes, Braaf added his second to make it 3-1 with 19 minutes left.

But Thomas Connor gave Southampton hope in the 85th minute, and Daniel N'Lundulu struck a minute later before scoring a stunning stoppage-time winner.
