After its success last season, Fulham are repeating their offer to schoolchildren to watch a Barclays Premier League match for £5 this season when they take on Southampton at Craven Cottage.
The offer to primary schools for the match on 1 February 2014 allows juniors in for a third of the usual price with tickets for teachers, students and parents reduced to £20 (from £35). Furthermore, for every 10 junior tickets purchased, one free adult ticket will be given away.
All the schoolchildren who go to the match will also receive a free goody bag on the day from the club, and the school who brings the most children and adults will win a special Fulham experience in the form of a visit to the club's training ground at Motspur Park, as well as a signed Fulham shirt.
Last year, for Fulham's home fixture against Stoke City, almost 600 students, parents and teachers attended. Reigate Priory was crowned Fulham's Primary Schools Day winners of 2013. The school won a presentation at half-time on the pitch with Billy the Badger for four students, a signed Fulham home shirt, and a training-ground experience for all 56 juniors who had purchased tickets.
