  • Tottenham Hotspur have made more errors leading to goals (18) than any other team in the Barclays Premier League this season.
  • Lee Cattermole netted his first Barclays Premier League goal for Sunderland in his 96th match for Sunderland.
  • Christian Eriksen has scored three goals and assisted another three in his last three Barclays Premier League matches. Five of his six league goals this season have come at White Hart Lane and he has been involved in as many Barclays Premier League goals (12) as Arsenal’s Mesut Ozil.
  • Harry Kane marked his first league start for Spurs with his first goal.
  • Spurs have kept just one clean sheet in their last seven league matches.
  • Spurs have won six and lost none of their last eight Barclays Premier League matches against Sunderland.
  • Spurs remain one of only two teams not to lose a Barclays Premier League match from a winning position this season (along with Manchester United).
  • Emmanuel Adebayor has scored five times in his last seven league appearances. He has reached 10 goals in a single Barclays Premier League season for the fifth time in his career.

  • This was Everton’s first Barclays Premier League win over Arsenal in 14 attempts (W1 D5 L8) and their biggest win over them in the league since a 3-0 victory in October 1989 at Goodison Park.
  • It is only the second time Everton have scored three goals against Arsenal in a Barclays Premier League match (along with 3-4 defeat at Highbury in May 2002).
  • Everton have scored three or more goals in four successive league matches for the first time since 1 January 1987.
  • Only three players (Suarez 52, Van Persie 37, Sturridge 31) have scored more Barclays Premier League goals than Romelu Lukaku since August 2012. His haul of 13 Barclays Premier League goals this season is the best from an Everton player since Yakubu Ayegbeni scored 15 in 2007-08.
  • Twenty of the 40 goals conceded by Arsenal this season in the Barclays Premier League have come in five away fixtures: v Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City and Everton.
  • All three of Roberto Martinez’s Barclays Premier League wins over Arsene Wenger have come in April (D2 L5).
  • Arsenal have won just three of their last 11 Barclays Premier League matches (W3 D4 L4), taking just 13 points from the last 33 available.
  • The Toffees have now won six Barclays Premier League matches in a row, matching their best run that was set in November 2002..

  • Liverpool have scored 97 penalties in the Barclays Premier League, the joint-most along with Chelsea.

  • Only Liverpool (10) have been awarded more penalties than Manchester City (seven) in the top-flight this season.
