MP & Silva have won the rights in Japan, Vietnam and Mongolia for the next three seasons
The Premier League is pleased to announce that IMG Media has been awarded the live audio visual broadcast rights for all 380 Barclays Premier League matches per season for seasons 2013/14 – 2015/16 in Japan, Vietnam and Mongolia.
Premier League Chief Executive, Richard Scudamore, said: "We know IMG well and are extremely pleased that they have chosen to invest in the Premier League broadcasting rights for Japan, Vietnam and Mongolia.
“We look forward to working with them as they distribute the Barclays Premier League in a comprehensive and innovative manner to our fans in all three countries.”
Michael Mellor, Senior Vice President and Head of Football, IMG Media, said: "The popularity of the Premier League has never been higher in the Asian regions and we anticipate there will be strong competition for the various rights in all three territories."
