Unprecedented demand from football fans in Hong Kong has seen all 40,000 tickets for the Saturday of the Barclays Asia Trophy 2013 sell-out on the first day of release in record time.

Match day tickets are now only available for semi-finals day on Wednesday 24 July, and these too are selling quicker than any previous Barclays Asia Trophy.
The Barclays Asia Trophy is the only Premier League-affiliated competition to be held outside England. It features Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur, Sunderland and South China, who on the Wednesday play in a knock-out tournament in order to determine which side will compete in the final and which will contest the play-off.

Tickets for the Barclays Asia Trophy 2013 will be available to purchase in Hong Kong via Cityline, the official ticketing agency of the Barclays Asia Trophy, through the following sources:
Tickets sold are per match day and each daily ticket gains the purchaser entrance to both matches on that day. Over two thirds of match tickets have gone on sale to the public, with fans snapping up the affordable tickets in exceptional numbers.
