Attacking midfielder Thorgan Hazard will join his brother at Chelsea next season after completing his move to the Barclays Premier League club.
The 19-year-old has moved from French side FC Lens for an undisclosed fee with Chelsea considering loaning him to another club "to continue his development".
"He will now join our Under-21 squad, managed by Dermot Drummy, to continue his pre-season training," read a statement on the club's official website.
Hazard moved to Lens in 2007 and made his first-team breakthrough last season, making 11 appearances.
The signing follows that of brother Eden Hazard, who finalised his move to Stamford Bridge from Lille last month.
Should Eden and Thorgan Hazard play in the Chelsea first team together, they will become the fifth set of brothers to do so, following in the footsteps of Ray and Graham Wilkins, Ron and Allan Harris, John and Peter Sillett and Chris and William Ferguson.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have confirmed that three youngsters have gone out on loan.
Striker Milan Lakovic and goalkeeper Matej Delac have moved to Portuguese side Guimaraes while attacking midfielder Ulises Davila has joined Spanish second division team Sabadell.
