Caulker signs new Tottenham deal

Tottenham Hotspur defender Steven Caulker has signed a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2016.

The 20-year-old spent the 2011/12 season on loan at Swansea City and started 26 times for them in the Barclays Premier League.

Caulker was named in Great Britain's Olympic football squad this week and has represented England at Under-19 and Under-21 level.

He has also had spells on loan at Yeovil and Bristol City but is yet to make his League debut for Tottenham.
