Marouane Fellaini has been credited with his side's second goal in Everton's 3-3 draw with Aston Villa
The Premier League's Dubious Goals Panel has made a decision on two dubious goals that were scored in the Barclays Premier League during the period between 17 January-3 February 2013.
The Dubious Goals Committee - drawn from people who have participated as a referee, player or manager at the highest level of the game - have ruled on the following goals:
Arsenal's goal against Stoke City on 2 February has been confirmed as a Lukas Podolski goal.
Everton's second goal against Aston Villa on 2 February has been confirmed as a Marouane Fellaini goal.
