Saturday's Barclays Premier League round-up

Swansea City ease past Fulham, while Wigan are held at home by West Brom

Swansea's Scott Sinclair was in fine form as the Welsh side won comfortably at Fulham

Fulham 0-3 Swansea City

Swansea City produced yet another wonderful performance in the Barclays Premier League to pick up three points at Fulham.

The Swans twice went close to an opener in the early stages, with Gylfi Sigurdsson lashing inches wide from 15 yards and then Scott Sinclair forcing a fine save from Mark Schwarzer.

They eventually went ahead just before the break as Wayne Routledge's floated cross from the right was knocked into the six-yard box by Sinclair for Sigurdsson to head into the net.

The Swans doubled their lead after another flowing passing move as Routledge pulled the ball back for Sigurdsson to slot in, before Joe Allen ran through to fire in a third to wrap it up.

Wigan Athletic 1-1 West Bromwich Albion

Wigan stay bottom of the Barclays Premier League after being held at home by West Bromwich Albion.

The Latics created a host of chances in the first half, with Emmerson Boyce going close to breaking the deadlock when he headed Maynor Figueroa's cross on to the crossbar.

Ben Foster pulled off two magnificent saves in the West Brom goal, tipping over a Franco di Santo effort and then somehow getting fingertips to James McArthur's drive to deflect that on to the bar.

Wigan took the lead when Victor Moses' cross from the right was bundled in by McArthur, but West Brom levelled when Paul Scharner struck against his old club with a header from Chris Brunt's corner.
