Akos Buzsaky's strike against Wigan was his first Barclays Premier League goal this season
Queens Park Rangers midfielder Akos Buzsaky has hailed the influence of new manager Mark Hughes after his side claimed a crucial 3-1 Barclays Premier League victory over Wigan on Saturday.
Buzsaky fired home a superb free-kick to help Hughes record his first League win as QPR boss, a result which lifted the club out of the relegation zone.

"The manager's main impact has been the training sessions," Buzsaky told the club's official website.
"They are really, really sharp and all of the players are responding positively to them.
"I think you could tell - we looked sharper and were on the front foot for the majority of the time. It was a great overall team performance."
The 29-year-old Hungarian also said the victory would give the team a massive boost as they attempt to beat the drop.
"It was important to win because everyone knows the position we are in at the moment," he added. "After a win the confidence amongst the team is always better.
"We just need to concentrate on ourselves now. If everyone gives their best then we are going to go somewhere. I'm sure this is just the starting point for us."
