England caretaker-manager Stuart Pearce has named a youthful squad for the friendly against the Netherlands on Wednesday 29th February.
Pearce has picked 23 Barclays Premier League players in his 25-man squad, with Sunderland striker Fraizer Campbell earning his first call-up.
"Fraizer was fantastic at Under-21 level and he is an exciting talent"

Manchester City's Micah Richards has won a recall and Manchester United midfielder Tom Cleverley is also involved, while Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard is fit enough to be selected for the first time since 2010.
"I know Fraizer quite well because I've taken a lot of these boys to Under-21 tournaments," said the former Manchester City manager, who is also still in charge of the England U21s.
"Fraizer was fantastic at Under-21 level, he has come back into the Sunderland side and that's given him a lift. I think he's worked well to get back from the injury he had and he's an exciting talent."
Pearce, who was put in temporary charge when Fabio Capello resigned earlier in February, will manage his country for the first time for the match against the 2010 World Cup finalists at Wembley Stadium.
He added: "I'd like to thank Fabio and his staff for the education they gave me over the last three-and-a-half to four years, it was invaluable."
After facing the Dutch, England currently have two more friendlies scheduled before Euro 2012 in the summer - against Norway in Oslo on Saturday 26th May and at Wembley against Belgium on Saturday 2nd June.
