Arsenal's on-loan striker Thierry Henry seals victory at the Stadium of Light

Sunderland 1-2 Arsenal

Thierry Henry came off the bench to cap a fantastic Arsenal comeback with victory at in-form Sunderland.

Sunderland had led through a James McClean left-foot strike from a tight angle after Per Mertesacker had slipped.

But Aaron Ramsey levelled for the Gunners with a shot from outside the area that rebounded off both posts and then Andrey Arshavin set up the on-loan Henry to prod home from close range on what could be his last ever Barclays Premier League appearance.

Blackburn Rovers 3-2 QPR

Blackburn survived a stirring second-half comeback to earn a vital three points against relegation rivals QPR.

Rovers took a 3-0 first-half lead through goals from Yakubu, Steven Nzonzi and an own goal from Nedum Onuoha.

But Jamie Mackie pulled one back in the 71st minute and then grabbed a stunning second in injury time to spark a nervous few minutes for Rovers.

Bolton Wanderers 1-2 Wigan Athletic

Wigan picked up a valuable three points as they beat Bolton to end their nine-match run without a win in the Barclays Premier League.

The Latics took the lead in the opening half through Gary Caldwell, but Bolton levelled midway through the second half through a fine strike by Mark Davies.

However, James McArthur sealed victory for the visitors after Victor Moses's effort was parried.

Everton 2-0 Chelsea

Goals from Steven Pienaar and Denis Stracqualursi sealed a notable scalp for Everton at home to Chelsea.

Pienaar grabbed his first goal since returning to Everton with a half-volley in the fifth minute.

And Stracqualursi sealed the points for the home side when he forced the ball in from 12 yards out.

Fulham 2-1 Stoke

Fulham survived a late Stoke fightback to earn the three points at Craven Cottage.

Pavel Pogrebnyak got his first goal for his new club in the 16th minute and then a Thomas Sorensen own goal after Clint Dempsey's long-range effort came back off the woodwork doubled their lead.

Stoke pulled one back through Ryan Shawcross with 12 minutes to go but the hosts held on.

Swansea 2-3 Norwich

Three second-half goals in 16 minutes earned Norwich a fine come-from-behind victory at Swansea.

Swansea led through Danny Graham but two Grant Holt goals and a deflected shot from Anthony Pilkington saw Norwich go 3-1 in front.

A late Graham penalty set up a grandstand finish but the three points went to the visitors.
