Norwich's Paul Lambert says Tottenham's Harry Redknapp is one of the best man managers in football.
The two bosses face each other on Tuesday when Norwich host high-flying Tottenham at Carrow Road.
Both clubs have enjoyed a successful start to the season, with Spurs third and in touch with the League leaders and Norwich lying ninth in their first year back in the Barclays Premier League.
"Staying in the League is the main objective"
- Paul Lambert
Lambert says his side face the stiffest of tests against the north London club, adding "They are top, top side and playing really well.
"The squad Harry has are incredible; the players they have got are different class. But you have still got to man-manage them and Harry is one of the best at doing that. He is phenomenal.
"They are a fantastic football side and playing entertaining football. They are vying for the title and Champions League football. The magnitude of this game is vast."
Despite Norwich's promising campaign so far, Lambert says their ambition remains to avoid the drop.
"Staying in the League is the main objective," he added. "If we do that it will surpass anything we have done here and we've had some terrific highs. We need to continue to drive on and see where it takes us."
