The 20 Barclays Premier League clubs are free to engage in transfer activity after the 2012/13 mid-season transfer window opened on New Year's Day.
As usual, the transfer window will be in effect for clubs across Europe and when it closes, no club will be able to buy or sell players.
This year's mid-season transfer window for clubs in England opened at the start of the month and closes at 11pm local time on Thursday 31 January 2013.
However, transfer window timings vary considerably across the continent. To find when the winter window opens and closes in each European country take a look at the list below, courtesy of the European Professional Leagues.
