Southampton stun Liverpool at Anfield

Southampton stunned leaders Liverpool with a 1-0 victory at Anfield, as Dejan Lovren scored the only goal from a corner.

Lovren's header ended Liverpool's unbeaten start to the season. That means Southampton are sixth in the Barclays Premier League table.

There were five other Premier League matches on Saturday. Leighton Baines scored two free-kicks as Everton beat West Ham United 3-2, while Sone Aluko scored the winner as Hull City came from behind to beat Newcastle United 3-2.

Sunderland remain bottom of the table after going down 3-0 to West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns. John Obi Mikel and Oscar scored as Chelsea beat local rivals Fulham 2-0, while Aston Villa won 1-0 against Norwich City.
