Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is excited by the potential of winger Adam Johnson.

Johnson scored a goal and set up Samir Nasri for another in City's 5-2 win over Wolves in the Carling Cup on Wednesday.

But Mancini says 24-year-old former Middlesbrough man Johnson can get even better.

He said: "I think Adam, because he is young, can improve a lot. He has everything to become one of the top wingers."
