Norwich City defender Russell Martin has hailed the attitude of his team-mate Grant Holt.

Holt came on as a substitute to score the winning goal against QPR at the weekend.

"I'm pleased for him. He's been in and out of the side recently but he's still a leader on and off the pitch," said Martin.
