Gareth Bale: Spurs can beat Man City

Welsh wizard looking forward to Sunday's important match

Gareth Bale has scored seven Barclays Premier League goals so far this season

Tottenham star Gareth Bale says Barclays Premier League leaders Manchester City are good - but believes his team can upset them in Sunday's match at the Etihad Stadium.

Spurs were thrashed 5-1 by Man City in August but Gareth thinks his team have improved since that match.

He said: "We've come a long way since then. We know we have to play our best football to beat them - they gave us a lesson at home at the start of the season.

"They started the season very well which wasn't good for us, but we bounced back. I'm sure it will be a great game."
