Six Barclays Premier League sides learn their fate in the FA Cup quarter-final draw

Sergio Aguero and Manchester City will face Barnsley in the FA Cup quarter-finals

FA Cup holders Chelsea will face Manchester United or Reading in the quarter-finals of the competition, if they overcome Championship side Middlesbrough in the last 16.

Barclays Premier League leaders Manchester United and fellow top-flight side Reading play for a quarter-final spot at Old Trafford tonight, knowing that Rafael Benitez's Chelsea side could meet them in the last eight, if they beat Middlesbrough.

Manchester City will host Championship team Barnsley for a place in the semi-finals, after beating Leeds 4-0 in the previous round.

Wigan Athletic await an away trip to Everton or League One side Oldham Athletic, who will meet in a replay after Oldham got a last minute equaliser against the Toffees.

Blackburn will visit fellow Championship team Millwall in the last quarter-final, after defeating Arsenal 1-0.
