There was a London derby win for West Ham United, while Liverpool maintained their unbeaten record as the Barclays Under-21 Premier League resumed on Monday.
Arsenal 0- 2 West Ham United
Arsenal Under-21s were beaten by West Ham United for the third time this season as the Hammers' new January signing Wellington Paulista scored on his debut.
Matthias Fanimo scored the visitors' other goal. The Gunners created enough chances to come back into the game but Terry Burton's side were unable to convert dominance into goals.
Liverpool 3-2 Wolverhampton Wanderers
Liverpool are the only side to remain unbeaten after a five-goal thriller against Wolves.
The Reds had beaten Wolves 5-1 at Molineux in November but had to come from behind to snatch victory thanks to Germany Under-21 international Samed Yesil, who pounced with a late winner.
Liverpool went ahead through Krisztian Adorjan, but a Conor Coady own goal levelled terms before Sam Winnall made it 2-1 to the visitors after following up his own missed penalty.
However, with ten minutes left on the clock Marc Pelosi brought the Reds back into the game and the United States Under-21 player then set up Yesil to score the last-gasp winner.
