American broadcaster ESPN transmitted its first Barclays Premier League match in the UK in August 2009.
Its 1715 Saturday afternoon slot has become a regular fixture over the past two seasons. ESPN will broadcast 23 live matches in the 2011/12 Premier League season.
Each game will feature a number of respected former professionals providing expert analysis.
Awarded the U.K. mobile clips package in 2010, ESPN Mobile shows clips of the goals shortly after being scored for all matches other than those kicking-off at 3pm on Saturday. Footage from these matches is available from approximately 5.15pm Saturday via the free ESPN Goals mobile app.
