Arsenal need a favour from their local rivals to boost their hopes of winning a first Premier League title in 20 years. If Spurs avoid defeat, it would give Arsenal an advantage heading into the final day, with the two teams level on points but Arsenal having a greater goal difference.

“I’m going to be the biggest fan of Tottenham ever,” Havertz said of Spurs v Man City on Tuesday. “We all are going to be! Let’s hope for the best.”

Merson: I'll get a Spurs tattoo if they win!
Former Arsenal player Paul Merson is less optimistic about Spurs' chances against City but says he will get a Spurs tattoo if they win Tuesday's match.
“Man City are doing what they do," he told Sky Sports. "It’s disheartening at the moment. And they [City] are doing it under pressure, week in, week out.
“I don’t think we give them enough respect; they are just a phenomenal football team. “If they [Spurs] win, I’ll get a Tottenham tattoo!”
Arteta: We're making history, not progress
Arsenal's 1-0 win at Manchester United on Sunday was their 27th of the season, a total that surpasses the 26 victories achieved in their "Invincibles" 2003/04 title-winning campaign.
“Winning I think encourages you to win more and be better equipped and better prepared," Arteta said. "It’s 27 wins in the Premier League, the most in the history of this club. That’s not progress that’s history.
“We had to earn the right to go to the last day and live moment, to try to win the Premier League.”
